For Hotel Santre in St. Andrä, OBRIST implemented a comprehensive range of electrical systems. From power supply, lighting and safety technology to communication and network solutions, numerous technical systems were delivered from a single source.
Particular attention was paid to combining functionality, safety and energy efficiency. In addition to the power distribution system and transformer substations, OBRIST implemented the lighting and emergency lighting installations, the fire alarm system and the building’s structured cabling.
The technical infrastructure was complemented by a photovoltaic system, an electric heating system and modern communication solutions, including intercom and video intercom systems as well as the antenna system.
The integration of these different systems resulted in a powerful and reliable electrical infrastructure designed to meet the high demands of a modern hotel operation.
