Audio technology for the Merciful Love of Jesus Cathedral in Uganda

Commissioned by the Diocese of Bolzano-Bressanone, Audioelectronics, part of OBRIST GmbH, had the opportunity to contribute to a special international project: the audio installation at the Merciful Love of Jesus Cathedral in Moroto, Uganda.
The project focused on the audio technology around the altar and lectern, with the aim of ensuring clear and reliable transmission of the spoken word throughout the church.
On site, the Audioelectronics team was responsible for the planning, installation and fine-tuning of the technical components, drawing on many years of experience while working under unique local conditions.
Beyond the technical challenge, it was above all the on-site experience that made this project so special. The collaboration, personal encounters and implementation of the project thousands of kilometres from South Tyrol made Moroto a reference project that will remain a memorable experience for our team.
